How does the shipment work?

Your order will be processed by us immediately upon receipt.

Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. In our experience, the transfer of money between banks takes about 2-4 working days.

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

 

Shipping within Germany

• Shipping within Germany; € 4.50 gross up to an order value of € 49.99

• Free shipping from € 50.00 gross only within Germany.

 

 

Shipping outside Germany

​

• Shipping to Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Poland and England; Up to an order value of € 49.99, shipping costs of € 15.99 apply.

• From an order value of over € 50.00, shipping costs of € 39.99 are incurred.

 

 

 

Would you like an export certificate to get the calculated VAT back? Please indicate this when you order. Thus you receive the goods with the export form.
