You can print out or save this document by using the usual functionality of your Internet service program (= browser: there usually "File" -> "Save as").

A. Responsible

This data protection declaration informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider on this website (hereinafter “offer”). However, it does not apply to websites from other providers to which you can find links on our website.

1. Name and address of the person responsible for processing

The person responsible within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is

OXYNATOR

: ………………

If you want to object to the collection, processing or use of your data by us in accordance with these data protection provisions as a whole or for individual measures, you can send your objection by e-mail, fax or letter to the contact details above.

B. General

1. Scope of processing of personal data

We collect and use our users' personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. If this is not the case, the personal data will only be used with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

2. Legal basis for processing

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.

When processing personal data that are required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit.c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit.d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing. The legitimate interest of our company lies in the conduct of our business activities.

3. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data

We process and store personal data of the data subject only for as long as is necessary to achieve the storage purpose. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible for processing is subject. As soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted.

4. Security of your data

We take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your data. In addition, all web forms that you use to transmit sensitive data to us are encrypted and thus optimally protected against unauthorized reading.

If we want to use marketing, tracking or analysis cookies in addition to the technically necessary cookies, your express prior consent is required. We ask for this via the cookie banner that appears on our website when you start using it, which informs you about our cookie policy and gives you the option of refusing or giving your consent for all or certain types of cookies.

What happens to the data?

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. You can find the terms of use and data protection declaration of Google and Google Analytics at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/ .

Since Google is located in the USA, data is transferred to a third country outside the EU or the EEA. The security of your data is guaranteed because Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement. According to the decision of the EU Commission of July 12, 2016, Google therefore has an appropriate level of data protection.
